The firm also specializes in Real Estate Law, Private and Institutional Financing, Corporate, Probate and Administration of Estates, Bahamas Immigration, Citizenship, Residency and Work Permit matters, Bahamas Customs matters, Private and Commercial Land Development and Governmental Approvals required therefore, and Licensing peculiar to the provisions of the Hawksbill Creek Agreement in Freeport, Grand Bahama.

The Partners of the firm are Bradley Walter Callender and Sean Bradley Callender, who have practiced law in the Bahamas since August 1969 and December 1994 respectively, Sean being the fourth generation of the Callender family to be called to the Bahamas Bar.
